Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All our products are digital in nature (PDFs, e-books, downloadable files) and are delivered electronically via email and/or WhatsApp. In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital goods, all purchases are considered final once access is granted, and we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed

Once delivered, the product is considered consumed

This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse or duplication

Delivery Issues

If you:
Did not receive your files within the promised time (typically 30 minutes to 12 hours), or
Made a payment but did not enter your contact details correctly, or
Encountered a technical issue during the delivery

👉 Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Our support team will verify the transaction and manually resend your files if needed.

Exceptions

As of now, we do not offer exceptions to our refund policy. However, in rare cases such as:
Duplicate payment
File delivery failure after multiple attempts
